I apologise that it has taken me so long to write to say thank you for the great service you provided for Emma's 11th birthday.  I just don't know where the time has disappeared to.
  
Anyway, I just tried to leave feedback on your website and I don't believe it worked properly, or failing that, you will have lots of copies of it.  I have a problem with my mouse sometimes and it doesn't always work on the first click.  Normally after you press submit feedback it will clear the screen, but this did not happen, so I kept clicking on the mouse to try to get it to work but it appeared stuck on that page.  I apologise if you have more than one copy.  If you have not got any copies of it - I copy the text below which includes my thanks to you.
  
Apologies that I am only now getting around to say Thank You for the great time the girls had on Emma's 11th birthday party  they all thoroughly enjoyed their trip in a limo.
  
As you may recall, this was Emma's second limo party and the service you provided was excellent on both occasions.
  
I would just like to add a special Thank You to Anthony who helped make Emma's 11th birthday a memorable occasion, especially for taking some great photos on his camera for us.
  
As a repeat customer, I would not hesitate to recommend your service to anyone looking to hire a limo.

WOW!... Have you ever noticed just what a pleasure it is to spend hard earned cash when the service or product is everything you want and the person treats you as you would want to be treated yourself!? I'm willing to bet that when you go into a shop, restaurant, bar etc. you spend your money and, at least half the time, walk away not disgruntled, BUT not happy. It was MORE than a pleasure to pay for a wonderful day.

As a surprise for my mother's birthday (booked at short notice) your whole service was professional and efficient throughout. As you didn't have time to receive the required paperwork I have to say I was dubious. I was so wrong! Andre, our chauffeur arrived 10 minutes early and didn't knock because he was, my 9 year old son and the neighbours soon told us though... oh! the "snob" value was fab!! Throughout the whole day Andre was not only polite, friendly and professional (white gloves!) he also anticipated our requirements when only given approximate times, it didn't even need a phone call. I can only thank you for "doing what you say you do." The whole experience was not only excellent value for money, it was stunning. I'm saving for the next occasion already.
